Few things we all can do in mean time rather panicking..
1. Relax & Just Breath in to belly and out
2. Calm and relax your body by counting 20 to 1
3. Rest well
4. Wash hands often (20sec)
5. Use Alcohol Based Hand sanitizer
6. Take time off if you are unwell or check with your medical practitioner
7. Visualize all is going to be fine..
8. Repeat affirmations " I am Well", " I am Healthy"
9. Use diffusers with Tea Tree oil, Lavender Oil.
10. Lastly imagine yourself a clear bubble of light.. you can do for your loved ones too and your areas etc..
