The meaning of life isn't in chasing; it's in receiving. To receive and be still, we need to surrender and let go. Let go of thoughts, programming, chasing, worrying, trying to please others, and being someone else.
Just being yourself is easier than carrying the burdens of everyone else on the path you choose to walk. Just be yourself, surrender to the source, and let things flow through you. You can become a beacon of light for yourself and others around you.
Your aura is a magnetic field that picks up what you throw at it. Why not use it to elevate yourself and vibrate at a higher frequency with loving creations?
Lessons are learned in reflection and stillness, not when we're chasing. Multitasking doesn't get you what you need. Slowing down isn't easy; you need to plan for it. If you're going at 140 mph, you can't suddenly stop. You need to gradually prepare yourself to come to a halt.
Identify things that aren't serving you. Make time for things that excite you. Some tools to use include
waking up 5 minutes early to catch your breath,
reducing phone time to watch your belly breathing,
looking around to see things,
connecting with nature, and
writing a wish list for your soul.
A to-do list is great, but a soul wishlist is important too.
It comes directly from your soul's speaking. Bring more imagination into your energy field.
In stillness, life grows. Seeds need to be still and undisturbed to germinate. Call it meditation or whatever you want; the name doesn't define the practice, your commitment and presence matter.
Choose activities that ignite you and avoid those that dampen your vibe and light. Stillness without guilt or judgment is essential. It would be best if you had a stillness to refuel your soul. Get excited about this part of your life.
