I found this book as a very good tool for anyone who is trying to understand the purpose of their life as it would highlight how the answers are actually within yourself. I found the practical example's Srimanju uses in her book very valuable and useful as they helped me to connect to the real world scenarios and the tools around how you can connect to your inner self were very clearly articulated.. Yep you have a compass with in yourself and it always is easy to say that but my view is the Author of this book has a done a great job in making it simple and real so everyone can connect to it and benefit from reading the book.

I loved this book. Anyone can pick it up and read it. Its not too complicated but deals with situations we face everyday and how to aporoach them more mindfully. Its common sense. We all have a gut feeling, and should follow it. This books gives tips and many ways to do this easily. Even for those who think, I can't do that, you will be able to, after reading this enjoyable book.
You can just open it anywhere, at any page, if you so want, and read the guidance for yourself, for that day.
